You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders typically take 3 to 4 business days to process. Please note that this may vary during busier times such as new releases, promotions or holidays.
Sugar Blossom ships all orders from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada via Canada Post. Costs are calculated at checkout and your total will be posted before finalizing your order.
*To qualify for free shipping, your order must be $1000 USD or more after discounts and promotions are applied.
Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
Duty + Taxes:
Duty and taxes upon entry into the destination country are at the responsibility of the customer and will require payment upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Address or Missing Information:
Sugar Blossom is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment.
Pre-Order Items:
If an item is listed as "pre-order" the item is on its way to us and the ship date provided is an estimate. If you have items in the same order that are not listed as a pre-order they will be shipped when your pre-order item is available If you want to get the golden essentials that are in stock ASAP, we recommend complete two separate orders.
Receiving Your Order:
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received it, here are some things you can do:
- Double check that your shipping address is correct on your order confirmation email
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Check your area in case it was left in a hidden area
- Check to see if your neighbours or someone in your residence/building accepted it
- Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving
