Exchanges
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for wholesale orders. In the event of a special offer or sale, absolutely no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Repairs
Unfortunately, breakage is not covered under our warranty and we cannot be held liable for scratched items as it is your responsibility to care for your pieces. If a customer would like an item repaired and the item is able to be repaired, we will happily do so within 90 days of the purchase date. Sugar Blossom Jewelry does not cover the return shipping cost for repairs or damages.
